About Affiliate Demon

Being in the affiliate business for a good few years (as an affiliate and as part of organizations running programs) I had to realize that most affiliate directories are just second tier recruiters and that many of the tools they offer are just "buy links" for sometimes useless and expensive services or software. Many of them tend to have a huge collection of links to programs (directory) that are long gone or known to be unreliable or not functional.

Here at Affiliate Demon we had a different idea. Share most of the tools we use ourselves, maintain a small Affiliate directory of well converting programs, and provide affiliate news, alerts and promos via RSS and on our pages.

Free services

Most of our services are free. However it is not a secret that we pay bills too; so and your second tier signups are highly appreciated. Our services are free because we rely on second tier. If you get around our ids and cookies by intention we might have to introduce a fee for some of the tools in the future (the ones that use a lot of bandwidth). So don't. If we set your base prices in a store or have a way to modify your commission strucure, it is clearly indicated where the link/description is.

Paid services

At the moment all the services are free, however if you have special needs we migh have to negotiate a price. (e.g. you need an optimized template with XML instead of the standard javascript, or you need hosting or installation for others' templates). Also some tools are limited here and there in some ways (to save resources for the testing period) and there might be a small fee introduced to raise some limits (e.g. if you run 200 pharmacies/stores you probably can shell out $30 a month and have 3 accounts with unlimited number of prices).
But as I said at the moment everything is on a "provided as is" basis for free. Take it or leave it.

Ideas

Ideas are welcome and won't be just stolen and used elsewhere: if have an idea that we like, we can partner up. Also please let us know what kind of partnership you are thinking of (traffic share, income share, etc...) ) If you like or dislike something please also let Us know, so we can improve the system.
